Whipped Ha! Y'know what I just noticed about the speech bubbles?

They aren't pure white in this page. XD Obviously I was editing the sky by putting stars in it - then forgot to switch back to white.

Well... it's hardly notable, so I'm not too concerned with it.

And can Torterra even LEARN Vine Whip? That issue's been brought up before... not that I care either way. XD How else would Bertha get their attention without physically hurting them?

...and yes. Bertha is female.

The turtwig family cant learn vine whip..but you can say that it is for when she uses grass knot if anyone complains about it..I'm sure you can find a way to make it make since.

i agree with blahmaster! i always draw torterra using vines. and i always say that its grass knot or frenzy plant! either way works!
