Honcho is criminally insane. His battle tactics are gruesome; his victims are often left crippled - or worse. And to top it all off...

He's on the loose.

While trying to recover Honcho from Eterna Forest, his ex-teammates become separated from their trainer and wind up lost. An odd Leafeon going by the name of "Clover" tries to help them get back to their trainer, but instead gets them captured by her father's guards.

Prisoners of this hidden civilization, the team tries to figure out how to get back home... enountering strange locals, exploring iconic forest locations, and uncovering dark secrets about one another...

National Dex... I think you could describe it as a "Dramatic Action Comedy" since it's pretty much all three of them rolled into one. Every page I've made seems to take on a different tone - it started out with mostly comedy, then went to action, back to a little bit of comedy, then it came here to drama.

I think every comic should have a bit of a change in tone every once in a while. I'd say it helps you break the mold; makes you a bit more unique than the others.

Of course... that's just me. :)

We're going to be hearing a lot about these characters' pasts in the future. I think the first half of the story will most likely focus a lot on that.
